March: Music at a high in Visalia

March is an exciting month for Visalia music wise, Sound and Vision (new website is www.snvfoundation.org) has been wrangling up and locking down an absurd amount of shows, and while they have quantity they have not skipped on the quality.

•    March 13th Cellar Door 9:30pm is Viva Voice, and Rafter.

•     Friday Mach 20th, at Cellar Door at 9:30 is PAZ.

•    March 25 at the Cellar Door is Dark Meat! We understand that it’s a Wednesday, however make room, Dark Meat has graced our fair city several times before and is a beloved favorite amongst those who have seen them in the past. Opening for them is Grampall Jookabox (Asthmatic Kitty Records) and Long Legged Woman. (asthmatic kitty records is home to Sufjan Stevens)

•    March 26th is MARNIE STERN and What's Up?

•     Marth 27th is TRUTH & SALVAGE CO.

•    Saturday night the 28th is PRE (United Kingdom) and THE MAE SHI at Howie and Son’s Pizza Parlor at 9:30 (all ages).

•    March 30th, ending the month of March, the Cellar Door closes with CHAD VAN GAALEN (of Canada) and Women. There are several more shows up in the air, and even a couple at Howie’s for the underagers so keep checking up on the Sound and Vision website to stay in the loop.
